Hello Alliance Pediatrics Parents!

We want to take moment and let you know of the latest updates for our office surrounding COVID-19.  As our top priorities are for the safety and health of our patients, parents, and staff.

  1. We continue to see Well-Child Visits and Sick Visits under the same modifications as before
  2. All of our staff wear face masks while in contact with patients and parents
  3. All Sick patient calls with COVID-19, or similar symptoms are screened by Phone Triage prior to being scheduled
  4. All parents and patients are asked to wait in their car, call upon arrival and a clinical team member will come to the car to get patient and parent. Please have everything gathered and ready to get out of the car so we can continue to run on time.
  5. Our waiting rooms are not being utilized at this time
  6. We highly recommend that patients over age of 2 and parents wear a face covering (mask, scarf, bandana) at their appointments
  7. We highly recommend that any parent/adult that has a fever, cough, shortness of breath, body aches, fatigue or been in direct contact with a COVID-19 positive person to not bring their child to the appointment and have another medical authorized adult bring the child. Please make sure to notify our staff when making appointment or at arrival of any of these symptoms.
  8. We highly recommend only one adult, when possible, to be present at their child’s appointment (with exception to visits for children <2months of age)
  9. Our office will have new signs and floor markings as a reminder of maintaining social distancing
  10. We are continuing our enhanced cleaning procedures

We thank you all for your continued trust in our care for your child’s health and safety; and for your continued understanding as we navigate through the recent pandemic recommendations from the CDC, State of Texas and Tarrant County Health Department.
