Contact your insurance carrier directly to verify that your preferred physician is part of your network.
If you have questions or new insurance please contact us at billing@alliance-peds.com or 817-741-5437 Ext. 400 with:
- Name of Insurance
- Member ID
- Group Number
- Policy Holder Name and Date of Birth
- Customer service number from the back of your card.
